Dr. Croom was there for me when my dog, Winter, died, and I cannot say enough bout how compassionate her services were. I called in the late afternoon and got an appointment for the next morning, which was essential. She walked me through all of the steps of what would take place and was very respectful of my need to have time to say goodbye to my pet. She actually left the house to give the family time with her. Her demeanor was gentle, just what I needed that day. I will recommend her to friends in need.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Croom for making one of the hardest days of our lives a little easier by helping our baby boy, Fermat, home to heaven in the kindest and gentlest way possible. On top of that, she was able to get us in the evening of the day that we knew it was time, which we were so thankful for. Ferm made it very clear for us that it was time, and we were so thankful we didn’t have to wait too long after he was ready.

Dr. Coom and her team were highly professional and courteous in taking care of our baby boy, Fermat. Dr Croom explained the entire process from start to finish prior to arriving to our residence and ensured our fur baby was not in pain, in any way.

Dr. Coom made a very difficult day bearable thanks to her kindness and ensuring Ferm would feel no pain and be able to transition successfully.

We received our son’s remains in a beautiful urn only 4 days after the process along with clay paw prints with Fermat’s name on them. We cannot recommend Dr. Croom and her team enough. They were so considerate and ensured all our questions were answered throughout the process. Thank you Dr. Croom for being there for us and our baby boy. We appreciate it more than we can express.

Thank you Dr. Croom! She came and was able to put our sweet Malamute Dakota to rest. She also returned her to us in the most beautiful box, fur heart and gave us a paw print too. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an at home service. She was kind, caring to us and was kind and caring to our sweet Dakota. You never want to think about losing a fur baby but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better person to help us.

She was very personal and found her to be very caring. I could tell she loved animals by how she talked and cared for my Teddy.
